A conservative suggested risk rating for CMI Commerce safes overnight holding of cash and valuables would be $25,000 in an unsupported situation.  

ANCHORING:
2 x 20mm recessed holes are provided in all models for anchor mounting to the floor.

LOCKING:
One La Gard 6 digit electronic combination lock which secures the heavy duty 4 way locking 32mm bolt work, further supported by two automatic lockers.
Powered by 1 x 9v alkaline battery.

FINISH:
CMI Commerce safes are available in attractive enamel durable finishes to suit office or home. Satin finish handles, locks and fascia panels complement the high quality appearance.

CMI Commerce safes comply with IATA Travel industry specifications.

OPTIONAL:
115mm high lockable roll-out drawer can be provided to secure in the bottom of Commerce safes at additional cost.

CMI  PREMIER SAFES (TDR)                                                       

                                                                                             
Heavy duty safes of Australian design and manufacture, utilising some of the modern techniques and materials recently developed in security technology. The design features and defensive materials used result in a safe giving a high level of resistance to cutting instruments, explosives and force, and pneumatic and hydraulic tools. Both the body and door of the safe are resistant to attack with oxy-acetylene.The CMI Safe Co. has been designing, manufacturing and servicing safes throughout Australia for over 50 years. CMI Safes are used by all State and Federal Governments and many of Australia's leading National Companies.

BODY:
The body gives a minimum thickness of 75 mm of high-density refractory materials at all points. These materials are bonded between inner & outer walls of specially reinforced steel, becoming a complete monolith after pouring. The engagement of the door and body effectively result in a continuos cube of exceptional strength and security.

DOOR:
The door of the Premier safe has an overall thickness of 135 mm and the 55 mm thick defensive slab section contains metals highly resistant to drills and abrasive grinders in addition to the high-strength poured barrier materials and other defenses.
The lock case forms an integral part of the entire door structure, giving additional strength.

LOCKING:
One million variations are available on the three wheel high quality combination lock. Changes to the combination are easily made by "Premier" Safe owners.
A special glass-activated re-locking device and mechanical re-lockers are provided within the door. A six lever keylock is fitted as standard equipment. Each lock can be used independently from the other.

BOLT WORK:
Heavy 25 mm dia. bolts of high grade steel provide two-way locking into the specially strengthened lock chamber sections at front and rear edges of the door.

BOLT-DOWN FACILITY:
Two recessed bolt-down holes are provided in the base of the safe to allow secure anchoring to any type of floor.

CMI "Premier" safes are available in attractive hammer tone durable finishes to suit office decor. Satin finish handles, locks and fascia panels complement the high quality appearance.

INTERNAL FITTINGS:
All models except PRA and PRB have two adjustable shelves. PRA has two removable shelves.
